We offer the following services:
High temperature plasma and HVOF spraying of metal.
Coatings include:
- Tungsten/Carbide/Chrome - the most popular Coating - produces a finish which is less porous and more durable than chromium plating
Nickel/Chrome/Boron, Titanium, Aluminium and Teflon - examples of coatings available for specific environments
- High temperature Plasma and HVOF spraying of metal to suit the customer's application requirements
We also offer:
- Grinding and polishing/finishing of components
- Full certification of all coatings and finishes
- Spraying and finishing on site using mobile plant where necessary
